How UniFollow works
1 · The baseline document is parsed into a working chart: the cancer under treatment, the organ systems that matter to it and to its therapy, the remaining past medical history, and the reconciled medication list.
2 · At each follow-up visit you review every followed condition and medication (no change, updated, resolved) and add interval findings, focused ROS, vitals, labs, and imaging.
3 · UniFollow generates a UniThera-branded Nuclear Oncology Follow-Up Note (.docx) in oncology format: active oncologic and treatment-related issues up front, non-oncologic history condensed as past medical history, and a per-problem assessment and plan.
4 · Save the chart file next to the patient's documents; reload it at the next visit and repeat.
